I, Gene Dick put in 22 years in the Navy I rode Boats for over 10 Years, Medregal, Piper, Seafox. Before I went to Boats, I was on the U.S.S. Oklahoma at Pearl Harbor. I sank inside the Okie when the Japs sunk her tied up, out board of the Nevada. I didn’t get out until she was on the bottom for over four hours. got a Purple Heart for that trip.
