Twin Lakes Submarine Base, Mountain Home, Arkansas donated 500 hundred dollars to the Gassville Tornado Fund. Their picture was on The Baxter Bulletin newspaper's website and in The Mountaineer Echo, Flippen newspaper. We have a great group of 30 members. I have finished writing the Arkansas Submarine Veterans of World War newsletter. I'll make copies and send out to 80 members. Don't forget 11 April is National Submarine Day. Don' forget to thank a subvet for serving our country. November 2008 the Twin Lakes Base will be displaying their memorabilia in the display case at the Baxter County Library at Mountain Home.
